It involves brokenness of pastors/leaders . . . before God, with one another and for lost people.
"Let you light shine before men that they may see your good deeds and praise your father in heaven." Mt. 5:16.
Develop Building Blocks of foundational prayer, a lifestyle of care and a willingness to share.
"Follow my example as I follow the example of Chirst." I Cor. 1:11
It all begins with personal commitment, becoming an open model of prayer, care, and share.
It'll take a time commitment. The launch phase usually takes several months for each emphasis. For a local church it may take three years to become a transformed, established and self-replicating.
